An angel was singing as I strolled through the quiet streets of Fremantle the port town of the city on Saturday afternoon.The melody so captivating I stopped to look above me to see who it was creating this marvelous tune.

The Australian magpie has the voice of an angel to be sure.
I wish that I had of thought to swap my camera to video mode instead of snapping a couple of shots so that I could share the magic of such innocence for everyone to enjoy.......

I had the same experience this morning, just after the sun rose. A little dove was perched on a light post singing the most harmonious song. :) I love Spring!
Nice picture.
I went out for lunch today and a bunch of birds were singing right outside our building door.
