We all get glimpses into the lives of others, fleeting moments where we think we know someone, truly and deeply.
But it's simply impossible to really know another person at soul level.
It's impossible to know how anothers life is lived, how they feel, what they are experiencing, unless you are walking in their shoes.
Sure we have conversations, yet even those closest to us never really know us as well as they think they do.
Yet, that doesn't always stop judgements or strong opinions, when someone thinks they know you better than you know yourself, or have a solution for something you may be dealing with.
Humans are experts at offering opinions and advice, when often all that is really needed is someone to listen or offer a hug.
Navigating lifes constant ebbs and flows can become a struggle when the chaos and constant demands of life keep coming at a rapid pace, one stressful situation piling on top of another.
Everyone has a tipping point, a place where one more situation is really just too much, and when one reaches that place its not an easy place to be, when all we really need is to be heard...

I couldn't agree more. Sometimes all a person needs is understanding, a listening ear or a hug.
