This morning as I headed down to let the chickens out for the day I was greeted by a very noisy flock of visitors.
The sun still hadn't risen, yet this mob were making one heck of a noise.
Dispersing to the trees when I went to open up the girls nightbox, where the high pitched screeching truly began in earnest.
I only give them a little bit of seed as it is important that they forage, rather than get fed daily.
I have secret feeding spots for the girls so that they can have their breakfast without having to deal with this noisy hoard of drop-ins...
