Another new track was explored yesterday, a wonderful cloudy sky holding the promise of rain, the air brisk. As autumn leads us to winter the bushland is coming alive with colour as the flowers once again decorate the landscape. There was a lot of regenerative work being done in this area and I did like seeing a spot where lizard lounges had been created for the bobtails and other reptiles to use. These areas help the lizards to have places to nest and to retreat to when predators are present. There are still many miles of this track to explore which I will leave for another day...
