Lunchtime Treat
I took one tomato,
two stems of parsley,
two sticks of celery,
one radish,
one spring onion,
one red pepper (without seeds)
one orange and one ruby grapefruit washed it all then put it through my juicer......
The result was one very filling and rather odd tasting refreshment.
I love my juice, I like to try different combinations, my favourite is my breakfast juice, celery, carrot and ginger,it gives you a zing waking up every cell of your body..................
