It has taken me awhile I know to respond to family and friends who asked to see how our decorating has been going....
So here we have the nearly completed guest room.
The curtains still have to be hemmed, thank goodness I did not do it whilst they hung in another room prior to their relocation........

What a lovely room! Absolutely soothing and peaceful!
My husband and I joke that if we ever win the lottery and buy a big house, we're going to decorate a guest room for people we dislike, all in lighthouses. Or H. R. Giger. It's still a tossup as to what would be more unpleasant.
