If I had a mob of kangaroos living as close as this family does to my home, I am pretty sure I would never get anything done. I absolutely adore kangaroos and could spend time watching them every day.
This mob have a safe place to live at The Vines, which is a suburb north of Perth and is well known for the golf course and resort which sits surrounded by houses.
When I moved away from the main group I found a couple of does with one quite big joey. I doubt whether the joey would still fit in his mum's pouch, but it didn't stop him from having a nice feed of milk...

To me that is the most amazing sight to see. You are lucky to have such exotic creatures to close to where you live. I love it.
