A carefree walk in the quiet of the afternoon, lazily watching the waves break, melding with the sand before soaking away, aware of how two become one, merging together completely connected. As my feet sink into the cool wet sand, salty water caressing my feet, cleansing them with its purity, healing and rejuvenating me.
Separate, quiet, yet never alone, I am overwhelmed by the complexity of the Universe, I am at one with all, the sun, sea, sand and the gull circling overhead.
Lost in the moment, feeling alive as the energy of the Universe pulsates through all that I am, all that surrounds me. To feel undivided from all that I see and all that I sense, humbly I walk on astounded by the magnitude of this precious second in time...............

A carefree walk in the quiet of the afternoon, lazily watching the waves break, melding with the sand before soaking away, aware of how two become one, merging together completely connected.
