Love................

In a world that is in turmoil, there is one place where we can all ease the pain of ourselves, others and our majestic planet. Retreat to the confines of your heart, sit still and silent. To all those people who have hurt you in the past, send them love and forgiveness. For all the hurt you may have caused another, send yourself love and forgiveness. To those that are suffering throughout our world, send them love and healing. We as a race usually harbour resentment in our heart, holding onto negative energises that manifest into dis-ease and illness within our bodies, we hold hatred within our hearts, we blame people for things they may have done. Preventing the love of the Universe to flow through us, to envelop those who encounter us. We do not see that to hold back love from our life is to cut us off from our wondrous creator, giving us a feeling of isolation and loneliness, when all along the pureness of divine love is there, waiting for us to connect to the inner sanctum of our heart. Forgiveness is so easy, and takes but a moment, it brings relief and peace to any situation and the gift we receive from releasing our negativity is bountiful. You do not have to see the person if the situation was in the past, or, you are not wishing to be around the person involved. It takes far more energy to hate, to allow your mind to fester old wounds or invent new ones, love requires only one action, remaining in your heart, centred in love, and to always react in a loving way, even when you are given a situation that causes you pain. To act from your heart and to truly forgive is a simple and powerful act, that if we all practiced this everyday the world would became a greatly loving place indeed...............
