I Received...

I received a special invitation to the opening ceremony for the new fine dining restaurant at Lake Leschenaultia. The family already run the Flaxseed Café, which is a café with a difference.

Focusing on first nation bush foods, flowers and proteins, and local produce your not going to find their wonderful unique fare anywhere else.

The one of a kind tables form a massive circle when not in use. And to add a personal touch, family and friends were invited to carve nourishing words of inspiration into the wood as the tables were being built. 

A touch that really had many of the guests enthralled as they wandered around the table reading the heartfelt words. 

Other little touches around the restaurant gives it an intimate energy, and the view out over the lake brings a soothing calm to the room.

There was a welcome to country and smoking ceremony, which was given the added blessings by the rain...
