A new chair caused quite a stir with Charlie and Nala. Charlie in particular was rather taken with the new addition to the cottage...

My Little Flower Meadow...

My little flower meadow is lovely. So many insects and birds visit daily, and the quendas are busy at night turning the soil. I spend a lot of time here just observing and admiring the beauty.

I found a new bee bath which is absolutely beautiful and fits in perfectly in this magical little realm...

 

I Seem To Have...

I seem to have lost my zest for life, as this year has been a trifle challenging. Photos are backing up in my camera, the thought of transferring them one by one to the computer seems too daunting at present. Instead, I spend my spare time relaxing with Miss Bear and Charles when they enjoy outside time. Mostly I just sit, absorbing the warmth from the sun.

 Sometimes I will do a word puzzle or read. 

Life continues to offer lessons, some sad, others traumatic, all stressful. 

I am aiming to regenerate my flow, my passions.

 It may take a wee while, but as they say; good things are worth waiting for...

A Carpet...

A carpet of fluffy red blooms from flowering bottlebrush trees adorned the pathway this morning, thanks to many a hungry parrot.

A beautiful way to start the day, communing with some of natures most colourful and annoying gardeners, before disappearing into the bushland..

Wandering Around...

Wandering around on a warm spring day taking in the sights at a trail in Bullsbrook I had not been to before.

Bullsbrook is about a 58 kilometre drive from my place, and whichever route I choose it's through wonderful bushland vistas and pleasing farmland views. Unfortunately, time was limited hence my visit only brief. Even so, it was thoroughly enjoyable...
