Sensuality..........

Sensuality is a fading art, for with the media using sexuality to sell endless items, musicians becoming more and more brazen in their music videos trying to be the most alluring and seductive, despite their age, or, gender, we are constantly bombarded with emotionless sex, which is educating society to be shameless and disrespectful where sex is concerned.

Millions are addicted to television and internet entertainment, where sex is used a tool to attract an audience, films aimed at the young are often focused on violent sex, some acts so disturbing that one wonders where the inspiration of the writers come from, some scenes so graphic you ponder if they are in fact real!

Religions too, have paved the way for the loss of sensuality, for in many scriptures it is seen as a sin, a dirty act of betrayal towards God.
Hence many never indulge in this holy act, and others will never open themselves fully to the joy of sex, as to do so is viewed as a immoral.

Sexuality is spirituality, it is one in the same.
For to be bonded in the act of love with another, is to be in the presence of God/All that Is/The Universe, it is to be present in ones heart, whilst entwined within the heart of another.

Educating the masses to return to the way of the heart is what is needed, for it will lead us back to a society based on love and sensuality, instead of empty sex, shallowness and abuse.
We are not taught as a race to come into sexual relationships from our heart centres, instead we are brainwashed to believe the propaganda the media feeds us where intimate relations are concerned, which is breeding a society of callous and cruel bed partners, which is generating a flippant outlook on intimate relationships, and a growing number of people who view themselves as ugly and tainted.

The time has now come to rethink the role sex plays within society.
Do we really need sex to advertise products?
To entice us to watch a movie or television program?
To lure the young into an act that they are not ready, nor spiritually prepared for?
To make us think we are loved?

For sex it is not a game, or, a competition of conquests, it is a sacred and holy coupling of two souls who come together in the most hallowed act of humankind.
It is a time of tenderness and beauty, in which the gentleness of the connection should fill your heart with unspeakable joy.................

Bravo! I agree 100% I was one of those that was brought up to believe that sex was a "sin" and "dirty" and only there for the man's satisfaction. It took me years and many relationships to un-learn that belief.
