Strolling Towards...............

Strolling towards the car park I spotted this little bird hiding in the brush,(click to enlarge and you will see it clearer.) As always the sounds of the birds was amazing, the different songs ringing out around me was calming...... Walking along looking overhead the trees stretched towards the heavens, not a cloud was in sight, the sun was warm, the heat starting to rise, soon the best place to be would be under this emerald canopy.................. The dirt track snaked its way through the bush, I watched carefully as I walked along, wondering if this unusually warm weather would have the local snakes venturing out for just one more lazy morning of sunning. With many deadly snakes here in Western Australia I did not really wish to encounter one up close and personal, I like to watch them from further away, fascinating that they are, snakes have the ability to hypnotise me, I am mesmerized by their connection to the earth, their sensual beauty as they move along, continually grounded and in tune with all. Not a snake nor lizard in sight, only the birds.................. Finally I could see the car park ahead, our car waiting to take us to our next exciting destination.................
