I spent a lovely hour or so in the kitchen yesterday baking, as you can see it was a quite the disaster area.
After an hour of cooking this was my result, golden and delicious banana bread, not just any old banana bread, this one has lots of extras, raspberries, chopped roasted hazelnuts, and chopped dried banana pieces to really give it a unique and utterly scrumptious flavour.
So where are you? I am still waiting to eat it....................................
