A juice a day keeps the doctor away, not to mention making you feel energised and leaving you glowing inside and out.
Sure, it takes more time to prepare than your normal breakfast or lunch, washing, cutting and processing the vegetables takes longer, but, it is well worth the effort.
I was a daily juicer for many years, but the last twelve months saw a steady decline in my once daily ritual, however, that has all changed, the juicer is now back out of hibernation and on standby for juicing at a moments notice.
Given how my body has rejoiced at being nourished once again by my favourite combination, carrot, celery and ginger juice, I am wondering why I ever ceased in the first place.......
