Tarmal has taken to the outdoor life with full gusto, whenever I arrive home as soon as the key enters the lock he is running down the hallway towards the open door, most of the time there is no 'hi mum' meows, too excited is he to be headed out into his garden paradise!
Now the sun is increasing its intensity he tends to seek the refuge of the shady spots along with his sister, I am contemplating getting him clipped for the summer, his coat is very thick and he is turning a warming shade of pink from hours of reclining on the terracotta paving, bless his wee soul.
The only aspect of his outdoor antics that is causing concern is his obsession with chasing the insects in the garden, as if he catches anything he has to eat it, and now is suffering from an upset tummy.
Having lighting reflexes I am not quick enough to stop him, hence he has overdosed on many bugs, ants and butterflies.
I will have to think of something to quell his curiosity as soon the bees will be coming to visit once again, which may see the length of his alfresco playtime shortened a tad.............................

Gorgeous pics of your companions Gemel, are you ever worried that they'll stray out of the garden?
I always sit with them, they are not allowed out on their own, they have shown no interest in jumping the fence, very happy just being outside!
