Yummy

My creative juices were flowing again the other night, I created a wonderfully hearty winter meal. I adore nothing better than peering into my pantry and selecting one item and from that my mind begins to construct a tantalising dish, and all of a sudden I am surrounded with herbs, spices and a assortment of vegetables. Black eyed bean casserole which was packed full with all sorts of luscious flavours, served with root vegetable mash which had potatoes, sweet potato (both red and white) and celeriac which was the outcome this particular evening, just what was required to warm our bodies up after a gusty showery day.
