The tenderness of this moment is truly moving, a lone koala burnt and in pain, trusting that this stranger will help....................
Tears roll down my cheeks as I write, so touched am I by the dept of emotion this sight brings me. As the bush fires ravage this country and the loss of human life is counted, there are thousands of native animals that too have endure the most tortuous death..........
Safe now and in the arms of another rescued and awaiting a clean bill of health before being returned to the wild, this little koala is now safe from the horror of her ordeal, with love and rest I trust she will be back on her feet in no time.....................

Oh my. This is the first time I have seen this 'Koala?'. well, I always saw it in cartoons. Good that he? will be fine.
Filled with emotion seeing this but thank you for the brave volunteers and front line people helping out...doing what ever they can to ease the pain.
Saw this loving photo on TV..I hope the precious koala is healing. Such a tragedy.
