It Seems.........
It seems an age since I last took myself to the coast.
The minute I left the car and took my first breath of the crisp sea air I felt myself instantly relax, wondering why I had not come to the coast for such a long time.
There is something very intoxicating being by the ocean, the sound of the water as it gentle lapped against the rocks, it lulled me into surrendering to the moment, just watching and listening to the sounds of the natural world.
Choosing a spot free of people made the visit perfect.
Just me and the elements.........
