What A Surprise

I opened the front door yesterday to find this little package of goodies waiting on the doorstep, just as well I was expecting someone as it could have been there for the duration, the front door is not one that we use to often.

In any case, firstly I was puzzled as to why someone would leave a plain cardboard box by the front door, though after carefully peering inside I saw it held another package within with all sorts of delectable treats.

What a way for two special people to say thank you, it was not expected or required, it was our pleasure.

So thank you for the thank you, it really was a delightful surprise.
