Stillness offers more than a chance for your body to recharge and unwind, it also gives you the opportunity to stop the chattering in your mind, the what ifs and if only's, the nagging voice and pedantic mutterings of an unfulfilled ego dissatisfied with not getting its own way.
Attaining stillness is easy.
Take yourself outside
Find a comfortable place to lay or sit
Raise your eyes to the heavens
Just Breathe.........
