Interesting Gemel, you and both get a little political on our basically nonpolitical blogs today. As usual though I'm worried about my access to good beer and you are worried about the whole planet.

Have a great year coming up Gemel, however it turns out!

I like to lean towards the optimistic, but overall I may fall slightly on the other side. Truth to tell, I'm not always sure which side I truly am on. Things change day by day. Things are fluid and flexible and we must account for the facts on hand. Now if the reality of the situation is looking up, clearly I will be optimistic about things. If, on the other hand, things just aren't going right no matter what, reality suggests we be somewhat pessimistic.

~ Rebecca Solnit

I like that quote. The people running things now are not going down without a fight or some disaster too big for them to fudge their way around. Nurture all the love in your life and keep growing some vegies too. I hope only good things come your way in 2012.
