The Light reflecting off the lake was stunning, like millions of tiny diamonds sparkling in the soft morning sunlight, such a precious sight, no amount of money could buy a moment of such purity.
There were so many varieties of ducks and other water birds that I said to Miss M that maybe next time she comes to visit I will go the library and get a field guide for the birds of this area, it would be interesting to see how many we could identify.
This pair of ducks were the only two of their kind, unusual I thought as I understood that ducks normally lived in large groups.
There were hundreds of these little black birds, which we both thought were really cute.
With the water so clear we had a birds eye view as they occasionally duck dived in search of food.........
