Handbags...............

Handbags. I love them. I have a basket full of them, and still they call me. Especially if I have just got a new outfit or pair of shoes. Of course any good woman knows that only certain bags will only go with a particular outfit, men just don't seem to get it. Always saying you must have enough bags now, how little they know! However, this is not the topic for my little rant this morning, no, it is about what we do with these treasured items when we are out and about that I wish to speak of........... We love our bags, choose them so careful, because, lets face it a bag says a lot about a girl, but, where do our bags go while they are travelling the world with us that is my point today. They go everywhere, from the floor of the car where, incidental dirty feet have been too, straight to the table in the restaurant so that you can display your latest acquisition. Then of course there is the public convenience problem, you know those awful places that don't have hooks for your bag, where does one put it, if the handles are long enough I hang it round my neck, or leave it on my shoulder, or if the place looks clean, eek put it on the floor! Then where does it go, back onto said fancy restaurant table, then into the boot of the car along with the shopping, to mingle with whatever other germs lurk in there, and when you get home where does it go then? On the kitchen counter along with the shopping bags out of the car boot. OMG........ I had never thought about my handbag being a deadly weapon, but, really I guess it is, I know that lately I have really looked at the places that I see other peoples handbags and wonder where were they a few hours earlier...............................
