Enjoying Her Moments..............

Enjoying her moments now she is feeling better, I wonder as I watch her, what passes through her mind as she sits watching the world go by.......

Sleeping contently, the face of an angel, how treasured she is............

Everyone is amazed at the courage and determination of my little Blossom, she has left Craig (the vet,) speechless, although he did say that he will never predict an outcome for Blossom, because she never reacts the way he thinks she will..........

She is an incredible little cat, who, loves her life so much, but then as everyone says, she leads such a pampered life, why on earth would she wish to leave. I know that she will one day, to return home once more, and I know that my life will loose a precious jewel when she departs, whenever that may be..........

Until then I shall enjoy fully the presence of my divine little white cat................

mel said...: She is truly an amazing cat -- since working only with cats, I have become a worshipper of sorts...they have an element of the Divine in them that few others seem to have....well...my other love - horses - do as well. Funnily though, there are some amazing similarities between cats and horses....not something most people would believe....

Daily Meditation

Brothers and Sisters of all colors, holding hands around the planet, we are one, like the fingers of one hand.
Let us reflect on this, let us meditate and pray in our own way, in our own language, according to our own culture or religion, because we have only one Sun to shine upon us equally, one air that we breathe and give us life, one water that we drink and becomes blood in our veins, and we all live on our one Mother Earth.
She feeds us, she holds us.
Brothers and Sisters of all colors, together united we ask to be guided on the good path, to give us good thinking, strengthen our hearts and our faith, strengthen the conscience of the governors of our communities and of our nations.
Illuminate us, so there can be Life for our children and our children's children.We are one, like the fingers of one hand.
We are the ones of yesterday.
We are the ones of today.
Thank you Heart of the Heavens.
Thank you Heart of the Earth.

Native American Code of Ethics

1. Rise with the Sun to pray. Pray alone. Pray often. The Great Spirit will listen, if only you speak.
2. Be tolerant of those who are lost to their path. Ignorance, conceit, anger, jealousy and greed stem from a lost soul. Pray that they will find guidance.
3. Search for yourself, by yourself. Do not allow others to make your path for you, It is your road, and yours alone. Others may walk it with you, but no one can walk it for you.
4. Treat the guests in your home with much consideration. Serve them the best food, give them the best bed and treat them with respect and honour.
5. Do not take what is not yours; whether from a person or a community, the wilderness or from a culture. If it was not earned nor given, it is not yours.
6. Respect all things that are placed on this Earth - whether it be people, plant or animal.
7. Honour other people's thoughts wishes and words. Never interrupt another or mock or rudely mimic them. Allow each person the right to personal expression.
8. Never speak of others in a bad way. The negative energy that you put into the Universe will multiply when it returns to you.

10. Bad thoughts are an illness of the mind, body and spirit. Practice optimism.
11. Nature is not FOR us, it is PART of us. It is part of your worldly family.
12. Children are the seed of our future. Plant love in their hearts, water them with wisdom and life's lessons. When they are grown, give them space to grow.
13. Avoid hurting the hearts of others. The poison of your pain will return to you.
14. Be truthful at all times. Honesty is the test of one's will within the Universe.
15. Keep yourself balanced. Your Mental self, Spiritual self, Emotional self and Physical self - all need to be strong, pure and healthy. Work out he body to strengthen the mind. Grow rich in spirit to cure emotional ails.
16. Make conscious decisions as to who you will be and how you will react. Be responsible for your own actions.
17. Respect the privacy and personal space of others. Do not touch personal property of others - especially sacred and religious objects. This is forbidden.
18. Be true to yourself first. You cannot nurture and help others if you cannot nurture and help yourself first.
19. Respect others religious beliefs. Do not force your belief on others.
20. Share your good fortune with others. Participate in charity.
