Keeping Life Harmonious....

Keeping life harmonious is all about remembering to breathe when things get a little tense or fraught, or when someone makes a nasty comment, just breathe. Whenever you forget to do use your breathing it will always results in a useless exchange of bad energy, if you take yourself away from the situation, (even just walking into another room will do,) this will be enough for you to return to conscious breathing and assist you in returning to a calmer mood. It is not always easy to remain centered around others, and occasionally you may find yourself involved in the petty power struggles that many are addicted to, that is okay it is still part of your learning, acknowledge it and thank it for its lesson..............

Very well said. I have also noticed that when I release some tension that is being held within me, I will also automatically start breathing deeper. Its all so well connected and can be approached from different directions.
