Buddha's Birth Day

This afternoon I enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere at the local celebration for Buddha's Birth Day.
It was a shame we had just eaten as there was plenty of tempting smells wafting on the breeze from the food stalls, even though I was full my mouth was watering...........
The displays were amazing, the colours so vibrant and alive.................
This was a display for Buddha's birth place, it was serene set here under the shady trees, a nice place to rest in the midday heat........

It was b#*~&y hot though so we did not stay too long.......had a nice vibe too it and the gardens and the sky made for good photos.......
