Here I sit wide awake listening to the crickets chirping outside, I find it frustrating not being able to sleep, especially seeing I don't do well with under eight hours a night! What is the secret? I have lost interest in reading, can't seem to find the right book to captivate me enough to continue it to the end. Have tied cocoa, meditation, exercise and cuddling Blossom, nothing works! Its not as if I sleep in late either, I like to get early, do my morning rituals and enjoy the quiet of the morning hours, yet all this nocturnal activity throws me out of sync. So what to do? Maybe catch up on some emails, or write a letter, I trust whatever I choose to do will induce sleep quickly!
