I have just returned from a most invigorating walk along the seaside, the wind was so strong that at times I burst out laughing as I attempted to keep upright as I made my way along the pathway.
There was no one else to be seen, and a couple of times I questioned my own wisdom for going for the walk in the first place, however the more I walked the more I laughed, and as I returned to my car I realised how alive and happy I felt.
There is no remedy for inducing laughter within me quite like a walk along a wild and windy coast line, it always has and always will make me smile and laugh out loud, nature really is the only medicine there is for me.
