Be Kind To Yourself

It is vitally important for your soul that you make time for you. You make time for everything else that you want to do, yet for complete inner balance and harmony you time is vital. Simple things will give you the most benefit; Go for a long walk. Indulge in a long luxurious bath. Meditate. Exercise Live for the moment. Loosen up. Count your blessings. Just let go. Daydream. Just let go and BE, by sitting still and going within, you will start to discover the real you. When you live entirely in the Ego Mind you will never achieve balance and harmony within your body, mind or life, you can question and analyse your life and the lives of those around you all you wish, however, you will not attain peace or answers until you start to still your mind, spend time with your SELF, being in the heart. You will also remain searching for peace if you continue to live in the past, compare your self to others and resent others for things that they do or say, stay in your own head and within your own heart. Although we share our journey here with others we are not responsible for their life choices in any way, shape or form. If your life is in dis-harmony in any area then you require quality me time to rectify the situation, until you stop and do for you, nothing in your life will change. No one else can give you peace, health or love.

It may seem like a monumental step to take, and perhaps your excuse maybe that you can not relax, you can not still your mind, well as long a you say that it will be so, it is up to you and only you, if you desire peace and fulfillment in ALL areas of your life, stillness and time for you is the only way ahead.
